PRESENT TENSE

1️⃣ Present Indefinite (Simple Present)

🔹 Rules

Helping Verb:

• Do / Does (negative & questions)
• No helping verb in affirmative

Main Verb:

• V¹ / V¹ + s/es (with he, she, it)

Structure:

• Affirmative: S + V¹(s/es) + O
• Negative: S + do/does + not + V¹
• Question: Do/Does + S + V¹ + O?

Time Words: always, usually, daily, often

1. I read books.
   👉 मैं किताबें पढ़ता हूँ।
2. I do not read books.
   👉 मैं किताबें नहीं पढ़ता हूँ।

Structure:

• S + is/am/are + V-ing

Time Words: now, at present, currently
